I’ll provide you with the experience of a life time, and help you discover Italy from a completely new perspective. You’ll have the opportunity to meet local Chefs, Winemakers, Cheese-mongers, Salami makers, Olive oil experts and all the culture you can possibly absorb. But most of all you will discover the peaceful sense of hospitality we all search for in a foreign place. Our cooking classes are hands-on led by award-winning professionals along with local mothers who will share with you those old recipes on the way to extinction.
